For 30 years, FMSDC has played a pivotal role in cultivating Malaysia's skilled workforce to align with socio-economic objectives. Originating from the government's response to a shortage of skilled labor spurred by foreign direct investment, FMSDC, formed in 1999, unifies 13 State Skill Development Centres across the nation.
